When you create an account or sign in via social login, we collect:

• Email address
• Display name (from your social login provider)
• Profile image URL (if provided by your social login provider)
• Collection data you choose to add (cards, quantities, wishlists)

We do not collect passwords directly. Authentication is handled by Clerk.

We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve TCG Vault. Specifically:

• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To store and display your card collection
• To remember your preferences (theme, currency)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

TCG Vault relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Clerk— Authentication and user management. Clerk processes your email and social login data. See Clerk's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase— Database storage for your collection data. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel— Hosting and serverless functions. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

TCG Vault uses a limited number of cookies:

• Session cookies— Set by Clerk to keep you signed in. These are essential for the service to function.
• Preference cookies— Store your theme choice (dark/light) and preferred currency. These are set locally and are not transmitted to any third party.

We do not use any analytics or advertising cookies. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.

We retain your account and collection data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove all associated data within 30 days. Backups may retain residual data for up to 90 days before being purged.

You have the right to:

• Access— View all data we hold about you via your account settings.
• Export— Export your full collection data using the collection export feature.
• Delete— Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
• Rectify— Update or correct your information at any time through your profile.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
